Questions asked to the audience during the presentation

Where you experience a traumatic event, do you work through that and then something great happens (redemption)?
What comes to your mind when you hear the word trauma?
Has that ever happened to you?

6 statements to get good at: I’m sorry, I love you. Thank you, help me please, that’s not good enough and buzz off (good boundaries) (John Calvi’s work)

Which are you good at and which need work?
Where is the safety in your life?
Where are the stable loving relationships?

Mind and body must work together to release any fixated trauma
Do you get enough movement?
How might you get more movement?

Compassionate witness of our experiences is important, Quakers call it accompaniment.

Are there situations that you would consider difficult to deal with since the pandemic hit?
Is there a part of you that you turned your back on that you came back to later again?

Jennifer is working on another program centered on the Deepening possible when one “uncomplicates the narrative” inspired by this Ted Talk:
