Become a part of the network of Friends within Concord Quarter, who reach out with practical and spiritual/pastoral care to persons over 60 or differently-abled adults. The training will be conducted by Callie Janoff, staff person for New York Yearly Meeting’s ARCH (Aging Resources Consultation and Help) Program and George Schaefer, PYM’s staff person for Aging Concerns. Training will be April 13-15 at West Chester Meeting. We begin with supper on Friday evening, have a full day session on Saturday, and end with lunch on Sunday. Our retreat weekend is filled with information and interactive experiences and is an opportunity to renew, reflect on, and deepen your ministry of care around the issues of aging.
